Readpeak is the fastest-growing programmatic marketing platform (DSP) for native advertising in northern Europe. With its headquarters in Helsinki and offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo, Readpeak is expanding its offering to UK and Germany. We operate in 6 European markets with more than 1500 brands such as IKEA, BMW and Bosch using Readpeaks DSP and trusted by agencies as OMD, Dentsu, Matterkind. Readpeak’s portfolio includes over 1500 premium news sites to offer a truly high-end and premium Native Advertising setup to our clients.

We are looking for an experienced and driven leader to boost our growing demand in the UK market. As a Business Development Director, you lead sales, growth, and client relationships in UK. You track business opportunities, drive local marketing efforts, develop new strategic partnerships, and commit to our long-term objectives to meet our growth ambitions.

You will join a professional team specialized in programmatic native advertising that has built one of the most advanced native marketing platforms globally. We expect you to have a proven track record and experience of working in the AdTech/Media industry in UK. You demonstrate strategic business thinking together with solid execution.
